The challenge consists of four football-based exercise phases, with no rest period:
- 10 Burpees
- 20 yard S-Advantage Tackle Sled drive to cone and back
- 10 Bear Throws with a 70 lb. Heavy Round
- 50 yard Dragon Slayer Push to cone and back
TIME TO BEAT:
1 minute, 46 seconds
*This is currently the best national time in 2008 from testing done in several states.
